Roadworks Alert -Torkington Road and Torkington Lane, Hazel Grove

Ongoing until 2nd December: Torkington Road, Torkington Lane,Hazel Grove, and Windlehurst Road, Marple

Contractors working on behalf of Electricity North West are currently undertaking works to excavate joint bays and pull cables on the below roads:

Torkington Road, Hazel Grove – between the junctions of Wynchgate Road and Torkington Lane.
Torkington Lane, Hazel Grove – between the junctions of Torkington Road and Windlehurst Road.
Windlehurst Road, Marple – between the junctions of Torkington Lane and Ridge Crescent.

These works are scheduled to be completed on 2nd December and require the use of temporary traffic signals. Please note that only one set of traffic management will be used at any given time.
