Changes to the access and exit at Marks and Spencer’s Hazel Grove.
The newsletter below is republished with the kind permission of the coordinator for Bosden Home Watch.
Hello all,
Having had contact, discussions and meeting the senior Executive for Marks & Spencer’s ( North West), with regards to the access/exit at the Hazel Grove Store, where it was agreed it was poor & un-safe for Pedestrians, especially those disabled or parents etc with Perambulators/ trolleys etc. Changes were to be made.
Some of this has now been actioned.
Please see below the ‘ PLAN’……………………….>>>
Cheers for now,
Bosden Home Watch & Residents.
So the PLAN IS………………………..>>>
1) Where the ‘drop curb’ access is, the parking space with be ‘Hatched Off’ so no parking.
2) Where the crossing is marked leading to Aldi car park , this will be RE-DONE.
3) At junction to Commercial Road, where it crosses the Entrance/Exit area, this will also have a clear ‘pedestrian Crossing’ marked.
4) A clear sign, to inform ‘Customer Motorists’ of additional parking to the Rear.
